Details: Responsibilities: Safely perform physical testing (i.e. Color, WPG, grind, viscosity, etc.) and approve batches according to QC card using test methods Adjust batches for color/gloss, viscosity, etc. Prepare panels for customers Perform housekeeping duties Perform any and all related duties assigned by supervisor or lead Ensure shift effectively and consistently meets production reqirements Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Good oral and written communication skills Mathematical aptitude Must possess excellent visual perception of color Problem Solving skills and capable of making decisions Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts Computer experience: (Word, Excel, Power Point)
