Details: Job Classification: Direct Hire Job Description: Process ChemistThe Process Chemist, in accordance with forecasted requirements and assignment, participate in the Chemistry Manufacturing department via:- Manufacture products within QSR and ISO regulations- Review/reconcile documents and work orders- Support assigned projects with supervision- Support departmental troubleshooting and process improvement teams- Participate in product transfers- May write/revise documentation with supervision- May train lab technicians- Work with supervisor and Planners to develop weekly schedule- Display improving working knowledge of business processes as they relate to manufacturing- Maintain daily adherence to Production goals relating to MUV/LUV, labor utilization, work order closure, and schedule adherenceSkills/Experience/EducationBA/BS in biology or chemistryGMP experience highly preferredManufacturing experience preferredKnowledge of basic reagent formulations/basic chemistryELISA-based assay experience is a plusChromatography experience is a plusJoin Aerotek Scientific®LLC, one of the fastest growing providers of scientific and clinical research services in the nation.
